The 9th Cambodia Book Fair took place from December 9 to 11 at the National Library in Phnom Penh. This year’s slogan was “Read one day, know one day”. More than 100,000 people – mostly young people – visited the publishers’ booths, including that of the NGO Sipar, where Dr. Hay Ly Eang’s book was on sale.
